I’m based on Tongva land, Orange County, CA. Of mixed ancestry: Lebanese, Palestinian, Polish, German, and Western European. My ancestors walk beside me as part of my spirit team.

Since childhood, I’ve been a sensitive and intuitive being, often feeling more than I could express. In 2010, yoga offered me a language for my sensitivity and became a powerful entry point into the metaphysical world. Through body, breath, and spirit, I began to remember the wisdom within.
